GRATTAN TERRACES
This unique residential development in Melbourne's most notable cafe and restaurant precinct featured the restoration of a heritage listed convent and chapel originally built in the early 1900's. One hundred and ten modern apartments shared a landscaped common courtyard and basement car parking. Included were ten exclusive homes built within the restored chapel buildings.
